SHIPPINGS AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

For deliveries within Spain, purchases will be sent via 48/72 hour express parcel service using the Spanish National Postal Service (Grupo Correos). Deliveries to destinations outside of Spain will be sent by registered international post.
Once payment has been confirmed, delivery will be made to the specified address. Normally, all orders placed from Monday to Friday with payment by credit card or Paypal will be processed and dispatched within the next two days. However, special cases this might take up to three or four days, depending on the current volume of orders.

For payments by bank transfer, the delivery will be processed once the payment has been completed successfully.

DELIVERY TIME

48/72 hour express parcel service (Delivery time for Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Andorra):
- 98% of orders are delivered within 48 to 72 business hours (2-3 working days)
- Guaranteed delivery of 100% of the order within seven days*
*In practice, the 2% of un-delivered orders is often due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, problems with the postal service or force majeure. In the worst case scenario (ie. loss of the package by postal service or similar) we would guarantee delivery by re-sending the item(s) again immediately.

IMPORTANT: For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the guaranteed delivery times do not take into account delays due to possible customs inspections or detentions. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

Registered International Post (Europe):
- Average transit time: 5-6 working days
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.

Registered International Post (Rest of the world):
- Average transit time: Between 8 to 21 days approximately, depending on the country and possible customs related delays.

INCIDENTS

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been made.
Deliveries will be made only to the address provided as “delivery address” when placing the order. Please make sure the information is correct and complete. Orders cannot be sent to addresses which have been provided by e-mail.

The delivered package is considered lost only when confirmed as such by the postal service; not the time when the customer considered the order should arrive. For further details about the Spanish National Postal Service’s (Grupo Correos) delivery policies, please consult their website or call their Customer Services line on 902-197-197.
Deliveries that are returned due to negligence on the part of the buyer (incomplete or wrong address, returned package after 15 days waiting for collection, etc) will not be re-dispatched until the customer pays the cost of returning the package.

RETURNS
If there is any problem with the item(s) received, the customer has a period of 7 days to arrange it’s return and request reimbursement of the amount paid (excluding postage).

No returns or refunds for customized items. In the event that a customized item arrives damaged, the same item will be re-dispatched in 48 to 72 business hours (2-3 working days) with no charge to the customer, but no refund will be given. To verify the possible breakage of the item, TRAGNARION STORE requests that the customer take a photograph of the item in same condition received.

The return of items should be made by courier, registered post or any form of registered delivery. TRAGNARION STORE is not responsible for any possible delays, loss or tracking of packages which are not shipped by us.

TRAGNARION STORE is not responsible for the breach of the delivery terms in case of the items being out-of-stock or product unavailability, circumstances of force majeure, adverse weather, transport strikes or disturbances, flooding or fire.
